- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
- The item has not been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
3. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
